In life and work, we all face moments that feel overwhelming, when the horizon blurs and the pressure is mounts. INC will skillfully will use a personal story of being terrified, overwhelmed, anxious, and any emotion you can imagine, in a tiny boat, in the Caribbean Sea in Belize.

Inita will guide attendees through strategies for pausing, gathering clarity, and taking intentional action. Through an interactive exercise the women will practice grounding themselves, seeking God, finding calm amidst chaos, and confidently navigating uncertainty in their personal and professional lives.
